Unalome Journey

Individual therapy

We're on this journey together

Rayka Zavaro Dalva

Life is a journey

...and sometimes the path within can feel uncertain.

At Unalome Journey: Individual Therapy, we walk this path together. I’m here to support and guide you as we explore your inner world, uncover your strengths, and create space for clarity, peace, and growth. Every step is yours, and you never have to take it alone.

What is the unalome?

Unalome symbol The Unalome is an ancient Buddhist symbol that represents the journey from struggle to enlightenment. The spirals show the twists and turns we all face, while the lotus flower stands for the peace and clarity that can emerge after. This symbol reflects the heart of our work together in therapy: moving through life’s challenges toward growth and understanding.

The word “Unalome” is made of two parts: “Una” and “Lome.”

Una - Beginning

We all start life with our own unique experiences, struggles, and challenges. The spirals in the Unalome remind us that life’s path is rarely straight—twists, turns, and detours are part of every journey. Noticing them is the first step toward understanding and growth.

Lome - Enlightenment

The journey ends with the lotus flower, a symbol of clarity, peace, and transformation. It represents the growth that happens when we navigate our struggles and emerge stronger, wiser, and more in touch with ourselves.

Just like the Unalome, our work together in therapy is about embracing each twist and turn. Every session helps you move closer to your own inner peace, understanding, and personal growth.

Your Journey

About me

Rayka Zavaro Dalva

I’m Rayka Zavaro Dalva, founder of Unalome Journey, where therapy combines knowledge and care. In my practice, I help you understand how early life experiences shape your view of yourself, the world, and the people around you. Many of these experiences create a “glass” of beliefs that feels familiar but can also limit your growth. Recognizing when this glass no longer serves you is the first step toward meaningful change, and I’m here to walk that path alongside you... Read more
